Comic 2 - Welcome to the Cult of XünÿX

Welcome to the Cult of XünÿX

Panel 1:
Tess Durban and Aideen O'Neill are walking through the corridors of the club they're in. Tess is agitated and concerned; Aideen is brushing her off. In the background is a heavy, soundproofed door that they're walking toward.
Tess: Aideen! Are you trying to get arrested?
Aideen: Fuck, in this club? It's all cool, Tess, take a chill pill.

Panel 2:
Close-up with both Tess and Aideen in frame. Aideen looks sly. Tess is rolling her eyes.
Aideen: I might be tryin' to get laid, though.

Panel 3:
Tess and Aideen in background, looking at the backs of several dozen goths in the audience (only 14 of them are actually visible). Many of them are dressed similarly to Aideen, with electric-tape X-es directly on the chest. The double X is a common motif on T-shirts and other garments as well. Everyone is having a good time and letting it show, because there are very few non-goths around.
Aideen: But anyway. Welcome to your first Cult of XünÿX show.

Panel 4:
Tess and Aideen sit down at the bar.
Tess: Two beers, please.
Bartender: Hey Aideen! And how many will your friend have?

Panel 5:
With beers supplied, Aideen offers Tess a pack of gum.
Aideen: Want some gum? It's clove flavor.
Tess: No thanks, I'm good.
Aideen: Try it! I haven't smoked a single fag since I found these babies.

ReinderDijkhuis Trying to get to grips with the perspective tools in Sketchbook. I don't have a great sense of 3-dimensional space and find grids very difficult to stay organized on. At least with the tools in Sketchbook, perspective drawing is fun, which motivates me to practice it more.
